Responsibilities:

• Executes or coordinates all activities across the product lifecycle, including market research, competitive analysis, design, positioning, product planning, and product launch
• Monitors market and competitor trends in digital products or services within the Energy sector
• Identifies commercial needs and translates them into detailed commercial specifications
• Ensures adherence to timelines and achievement of product launch milestones, aligned with the product strategy and product roadmap
• Creates and presents regular reports on product performance, evaluates results, and proposes adjustments or corrective measures where necessary
• Analyzes the legal and regulatory framework (e.g., GDPR) to ensure product compliance and alignment with any restrictions
• Represents the General Department of Marketing and Products in various projects and events to achieve stated objectives and present various solutions/products
• Coordinates internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration across teams to achieve objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a University, College or Technological Educational in Business Administration, Marketing, Informatics or Engineering (e.g. Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, etc.)
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or another related field will be considered an additional qualification
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager or in a similar role
• Experience in the Energy sector will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Power BI and/or SAP will be considered an additional qualification
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
• Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
