We are recruiting!
Our client in the promotional and corporate products industry is seeking an energetic Accounts Manager to join their team in Lusaka.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong business development skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the drive to meet and exceed performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development through research, prospecting, and pursuing leads.
Service and grow key customers who contribute significantly to company revenue.
Ensure maximum client retention by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
Manage allocated existing customers and maintain strong professional relationships.
Develop quotes and proposals tailored to prospective client needs.
Assist with sampling and deliveries when required to support client satisfaction.
Consistently meet KPI targets set by management, including:
Client calls
Physical client visits
Database entries
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of activities.
Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Correctly utilize CRM software tools for client management and reporting.
Engage in networking activities to expand business opportunities.
Represent the company professionally, wearing branded clothing during client interactions.
Provide support to the team on other accounts when needed.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Embody and live the company values in all interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in account management, sales, or business development.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
Strong communication and negotiation skill
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Professional presentation and ability to represent the company brand confidently.
