Business Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Professional & Sales to drive growth and expand our footprint in the Egyptian lighting market. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle-from identifying market opportunities and building strong relationships with consultants, contractors, clients, and governmental accounts, to delivering technical presentations and negotiating commercial deals. You will also conduct market research, develop market penetration strategies, and consistently achieve annual sales budgets to support the company's business goals

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop contacts with consultants, contractors, government institutions and end customers for the lighting business.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of the project quotes, make presentations, provide technical backup, discuss & negotiate commercial offers and effectively manage the sales process.
• Identify new product and product lines and generate sales leads.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies for market penetration.
• Achieve yearly sales budget on consistent basis. J ob Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Experience in project Sales and Lighting for minimum 3 years in Egypt Market.
  • Experience in handling governmental accounts.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen and price and contract negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
