About the Company

Our company is expanding its Hajj & Umrah division and is looking to hire motivated and customer-oriented Telesales Representatives to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, building trust, and supporting customers through a meaningful and important travel journey.

Role Overview

The Telesales Representative will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing clients, presenting Hajj & Umrah packages, understanding customer needs, and supporting clients throughout the booking process until confirmation.

The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups in a professional and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients.
• Present Hajj & Umrah packages clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable package options.
• Support clients throughout the booking journey until confirmation.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate customer records on the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth booking execution.
• Provide a supportive and professional customer experience at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in telesales, travel, tourism, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and make them feel comfortable.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a professional and supportive approach.
• Previous experience in tourism, Hajj & Umrah, or travel sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
