PRIMARY is a leading scheduling software company operating internationally since 2008 with offices in Athens and Milano. We design & develop Planning & Scheduling Software using state-of-the-art technology. Our clientele consists of more than 100 large-scale companies in Retail, Services, Hospitality, and Manufacturing in several countries around the world.

PRIMARY is looking for a Human Resources & Business Administrator to join our team in the Athens office and contribute to managing HR & BA affairs.

You will…

• Keep HR files up to date (schedule, employees personal files, hiring docs, leave docs, quitting docs, salary modification docs, private health insurance docs, etc.)
• Contact new candidates, arrange interviews, inform candidates about progress, etc.
• Manage Head Hunters (recruiting services)
• Liaise with: Banks, Accounting Service, Public Services, etc.
• Manage company procurements & respective payments
• Collect expenses invoices & submit to accounting service
• Perform travel arrangements
• Handle inbound calls & company emails
• Assist CEO in external communications

You must have:

• Comfort with communicating internally & externally
• Proven work experience of at least 2 years in an HR or Business Administration position
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of the English Language
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

You may have:

• A University degree
• Knowledge of the Italian language
