Experienced Data Analyst with strong exposure to GovTech AI Standard Products to support data-driven decision-making across government or public sector initiatives. The role involves translating complex datasets into actionable insights, supporting AI-enabled products, and ensuring compliance with Singapore Government data, AI, and governance standards.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in regulated environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting analytics use cases aligned with GovTech's AI and data frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to generate insights that support business, policy, and operational decisions
Support the implementation, adoption, and performance monitoring of GovTech AI Standard Products (e.g. analytics, ML/AI platforms, decision-support tools)
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for senior stakeholders
Work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and business users to translate requirements into analytical solutions
Conduct data validation, quality checks, and ensure data integrity across multiple data sources
Support AI model monitoring by analyzing model outputs, performance metrics, bias indicators, and drift trends (where applicable)
Ensure compliance with Singapore Government data governance, AI governance, and security standards
Document data definitions, business rules, and analytical methodologies clearly for audit and knowledge transfer
Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics processes, tools, and best practices
