Education :

B.Tech/M.Tech/MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computational Linguistics, or related fields from reputed institutes.

Required Expertise :

- Natural Language Processing (NLP)

- Fine-tuning and evaluation of Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Indian language AI/ML applications

- Machine Translation systems and quality evaluation

- Information Extraction, Text Classification, and Named Entity Recognition

- Deep Learning and model deployment

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and lead AI solutions for translation and localization workflows

- Drive development of machine translation and translation quality evaluation systems

- Lead synthetic data generation initiatives for low-resource Indian languages

- Design multilingual fraud detection and risk intelligence solutions

- Build AI systems for analysis of social media content, email communications, customer interactions, and public-domain content in Indian languages

- Define model evaluation frameworks and business KPIs

- Mentor ML engineers and interns

- Collaborate with linguists and domain experts to improve model quality
