Ищем технически сильного специалиста, который поможет поддерживать и развивать ИТ-инфраструктуру компании.

Условия:

  • Место работы: г . Архангельск, ул. Шабалина, д. 15, стр. 1 (БЦ Гулливер). Комфортное рабочее место в центре города.

  • График работы: 5/2, сб и вс - выходные дни

  • Заработная плата на период испытательного периода - до 150 000 рублей. Уровень дохода готовы обсуждается по результатам собеседования с учётом опыта и компетенций.

  • Полностью оборудованное рабочее место в ИТ - отделе

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Серверы и виртуализация: Администрирование и поддержка Windows Server и Linux, работа с платформами виртуализации (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox), планирование ресурсов (capacity planning).
  • Сети и безопасность: Настройка и поддержка VLAN, VPN (IPsec, OpenVPN, WireGuard), межсетевых экранов (MikroTik, Fortinet, Cisco, pfSense) и политик доступа.
  • Надежность и мониторинг: Настройка резервного копирования (Veeam, Acronis и др.) с обязательными тестовыми восстановлениями. Сопровождение систем мониторинга (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, PRTG).
  • Корпоративные сервисы: Базовое администрирование СУБД (PostgreSQL, MS SQL), поддержка инфраструктуры 1С, веб-серверов (Nginx, Apache) и служб Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO).
  • Процессы: Диагностика и устранение инцидентов, ведение технической документации, участие в планировании изменений (change management) с оценкой рисков.

Что для нас важно (обязательные требования):

  • Опыт работы системным администратором или инженером ИТ-инфраструктуры от 3-5 лет.
  • Уверенное администрирование Windows Server и Linux (включая работу с логами, сетевыми утилитами и правами доступа).
  • Понимание сетевых протоколов (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, SSH, VPN).
  • Умение спокойно и методично локализовать проблему (сеть, сервер, диск, права, сертификат).
