Software Engineer 2 (Full Stack)

Join our team as a Software Engineer 2 (Full Stack) and take ownership of delivering impactful features. You will work closely with your Product Manager on technical design and architecture, and be measured on the impact of your work on customers. This is a fully remote position with a focus on AI and a product-led mindset.

Missions

Profil recherché

- Able to reason through technical disagreements with evidence, and to update your view when the evidence shifts

- A track record of carrying a substantial piece of work from ambiguous requirements to released software

- Clear written communication with a strong command of the English language, which matters more on a fully remote team

- Able to pass a comprehensive background check, which is required for this role

- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants, plus the judgment to know when their output is wrong

- Comfort with relational databases, SQL, and reasoning about data models

- Automated testing as a habit rather than an afterthought

- Experience with microservices, Docker, and a cloud platform such as AWS

- Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada

- 3 or more years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production software

- Experience mentoring or onboarding other engineers

- Background in finance, brokerage, trading, custody, or blockchain

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar

- Exposure to regulated environments and the audit trails they require
