Product Project Intern

Monitoring & Timeline Management

• Assist in maintaining and monitoring project timelines to ensure all projects are on track according to the schedule.
• Update project trackers and highlight potential delays or overlapping timelines.

Project Follow-Up

• Follow up on project progress with the Product Team and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for ongoing Product Projects.

Meeting & Documentation

• Setting Meeting
• Create and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and track action items.

Reporting & Data Support

• Support the preparation and maintenance of Excel-based reports (timeline, progress, status).
• Assist with basic analysis related to project status, dependencies, and deliverables.

Ad-hoc Support

• Provide additional project and administrative support as required by the Product Project Implementation team.
