We are looking for a hands-on iOS Developer to join a funded consumer startup in Sofia. It is building a new kind of app that sits between social video and gaming. The product is already live on the App Store, and you will build and ship features for real users from day one. You will work on a TikTok-style endless feed of mini-games made by users, where performance, smooth scrolling and fast iteration really matter. The role covers the whole feature cycle: quick prototypes, A/B tests, App Store releases and tracking results in mobile analytics. You will work closely with a senior iOS engineer and the leadership team in a small, fast-moving team where your work is seen right away. We want someone who takes ownership, enjoys working on-site with the team and likes to ship often.

Its app has an endless, TikTok-style feed of short mini-games made by users, which people can play, share and create. The product is live on the App Store, and the team is hiring more engineers for its Sofia office. The company works like a typical startup: it prototypes fast, releases often and makes decisions based on experiments and data. Engineers own their features and work directly with product and leadership. It is a great place for someone who wants to shape a fast-growing B2C product that real players use every day.
You have:
5+ years of professional iOS development experience
A track record of shipping production iOS apps to the App Store
Strong Swift skills and hands-on experience with SwiftUI and UIKit
Experience with WKWebView and showing web content inside native apps
Experience with App Store releases, A/B testing and mobile analytics
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup with quick prototypes and tight deadlines
An entrepreneurial mindset and a habit of taking ownership
Fluent English
EU citizenship or a current Bulgarian/Schengen visa (visa sponsorship is not available)
You live in Sofia or can move there within about 1 month, and you are ready to work fully on-site
Nice to have:
Experience building B2C consumer apps
Experience at early-stage startups
Experience in iGaming, betting or mobile gaming (including hyper-casual games)
Experience with social, video or feed-based apps
What to do:
Build, ship and maintain features for a live consumer iOS app using Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit
Build and improve the endless mini-game feed, with a focus on performance and a smooth user experience
Integrate and optimize web-based game content inside the app using WKWebView
Prototype new ideas quickly and turn the ones that work into production features
Set up and run A/B tests, and use mobile analytics to measure how features perform
Own the App Store release process together with the team
Work closely with the senior iOS engineer, product and leadership on priorities and technical decisions
Do code reviews and help keep code quality high as the product grows
