Whatwillyoubedoing?

Youwillbepart of aninternationalandinclusiveteam of experts, involvedfromtheinitialclient contact throughtothepresentationof results. Youwillworkcloselywithclients on theirquestionsandchallenges.

As a Senior Consultant, youresponsibilitieswillbeamongothers:

• Planning andconductinginternalaudits tostrengthenourclients' internalcontrols;

• Assistingclients in setting up andimplementingrisk andcontrol frameworks;

• Designingprocesseswith(IT) risksandappropriatecontrol measures;

• Optimizingthedigital organizationandinfrastructureforrisk management, forexample, bydeployingAI solutions.

Togetherwithyourcolleagues, youwillexcelat clients byalwaysbeinginformed aboutthelatesttrends anddevelopmentsin InternalAudit & Control. Youwill contribute to furtherdevelopingandapplyingourexpertiseandtools. Ourclients are spread acrossthecountry andsometimesbeyond. Youare willingandabletotravel, bothwithintheNetherlands andabroadifnecessary(of course, in consultation).

Does thisdescribeyou?

Youare people-oriented, solution-focused, and(socially) adept, alsoin politicallydynamicandcomplex environments. Youlisten well andcanclearlyconveyideastocolleaguesandclients forthebest solutions. Additionally:

• Youhave anaffinityandpassionforrisk management, business, andIT processes;

• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in internal audit, (operational) risk management, internal controls, and IT;

• Youhave a WO master'sdegreein (Technical) Business Administration, Accountancy, Business-orientedstudies, Economicor SocialSciences;

• Youare fluentin Dutch andEnglish, bothspoken andwritten;

• Youhave a criticalattitude andaneyefordetail;

• It is a plus ifyouholdor are willingtoobtaina RO, RC, RA, RE, or CIA title;

• Youare proactiveandenjoychallenges.
