Key Responsibilities:

• Support & Assistance: Offer comprehensive administrative and logistical support to clinical teams and project managers, facilitating their success.

• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, escalating complex issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and maintain service continuity.

• Maintain Compliance: Adhere strictly to all regulatory guidelines and internal protocols within the medical and pharmaceutical sectors, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
