Provide Engineering services to the plant, in order to maximise the availability of all Site Process Equipment and Utilities.Manage capital engineering projects within site following the Project Lifecycle approach (typical project value range: anything up to €5 million).Support the engineering teams in controlling uptime of process equipment and optimizing efficiencies both in equipment and process performance.Support the Engineering team with the emphasis on continual operational improvements.Provide process engineering support and technical trouble shooting within the site.
Experience required:
Strong ability to read and interpret P&IDs, PFDs, equipment layouts, GA drawings, electrical/single-line drawings and mechanical drawings.Process Safety & Technical Risk AssessmentSignificant EHS experience supporting capital projects, shutdowns/turnarounds, plant modifications and contractor-intensive work.Technically strong in RAMS review, Permit-to-Work, LOTO, line breaking, confined space, work at height, lifting operations and hot work.Able to work directly with engineering, construction management, vendors and contractors and challenge the technical adequacy of controls.
