The Legal team at Qliro sits at the heart of the business, partnering with teams across the company to enable growth while ensuring we operate as a trusted and compliant financial services provider. We work across a broad range of areas, from product development and commercial partnerships to corporate governance and regulatory compliance. We are a small team with a big impact, and we take pride in delivering pragmatic, high-quality legal support in a fast-moving environment.
Your main responsibilities
We are looking for a Paralegal/Legal coordinator to join our Legal Team, supporting our Chief Legal Officer in corporate governance and legal matters. You will play a key role in ensuring correct company formalities, regulatory compliance and efficient legal administration in a listed company environment.
You will assist the CLO in the Corporate Secretary function, with a key focus on board and corporate administration. This includes preparing meeting materials and minutes for board meetings, committee meetings and general meetings, and ensuring correct documentation and archiving of minutes and providing day-to-day support to senior management.
You will handle corporate registrations and filings with Bolagsverket, administer insider logs and other MAR-related tasks, and manage the company's legal documentation, including signing and archiving of documentation and agreements. You will also maintain contact with regulatory and government authorities, support project management in connection with new regulatory initiatives, and serve as a point of contact for documentation queries and corporate document requests.
What we are looking for
Post-secondary education in law (paralegal) or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of Swedish company law
Documented experience with registrations at Bolagsverket
Detail-oriented, responsible and self-driven
High integrity, accuracy and ability to handle confidential information
Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
