Senior Product Analyst - Consumer Experience

What you will do  

As a Product Analyst, you own the analytical thinking behind how consumers experience Qliro's payment products, not just running the numbers, but setting the standard for how the rest of the organization uses data. You'll work closely with your product teams and PMs, sharing insights and trends in order to improve our products. You'll work closely with tech, product, data and the rest of Qliro to build our consumer experience on data and insights.

In this role you will:

• Set product strategy recommendations together with product managers, backed by evidence you've built yourself, with the consumer's experience of paying with Qliro as the throughline

• Own measurement, reporting and interpretation of consumer-facing product performance end to end

• Lead performance improvement initiatives across teams, including designing and evaluating A/B tests on the consumer journey

• Run and shape the analytical forums on consumer product performance, and use them to spread analytical method, not just conclusions

• Mentor and upskill less experienced analysts and non-analysts on data tools, encourage AI-assisted analysis, statistical reasoning, and how to ask better questions of the data

• Challenge current business performance and practice proactively, without waiting to be asked

• Take a full-business view, pulling from whatever database, system or study gets a clear answer, not just the one closest at hand

Who you are:

You're curious by default and don't wait for someone to hand you a question - you notice something off in the data and dig into why. You've reached a point where you don't just do the analysis; you also teach it, and you take real satisfaction in other people getting better at their own thinking because of you.

Your experience:

• 4-7 years of experience in product or data analytics

• Experience with SQL, data preparation/data processing and visualisation tools (QlikSense, Tableau, PowerBI, …) are a must.

• A decent knowledge for how to perform data extraction and manipulation.

• Expereince in designing and evaluating A/B tests end to end

• Good at communicating and presenting insights from data analysis to any type of audience.

• Bonus if you have experience in owning analytics for a consumer-facing digital product or conversion rate optimisation
