The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Playwright, Selenium, Appium, API Automation (Rest Assured/Postman), and modern CI/CD practices. The role requires defining automation strategy, establishing best practices, mentoring teams, and driving automation excellence across web, mobile, and API testing initiatives.
