The Insights team is looking for a Strategic Insights Analyst to serve as a trusted partner to our sales leadership and clients. In this role, you will act like an owner, move with velocity through change, and find innovative, strategic ways to deliver extraordinary outcomes. You will leverage data to build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating complex datasets into powerful, story-driven solutions. You will work alongside sellers, help shape the future of advertising in the AI era, and make a real impact on our global brand and agency partners.
What you’ll do:
Data-Driven Storytelling: Uncover first-party (1PD) and third-party (3PD) consumer, industry, and market insights. Distill complex datasets into key executive learnings to create high-impact sales narratives, pitches, and custom client collaterals.
Commercial Alignment & Pushback Handling: Map insights directly to core digital media metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Incremental Lift, Post-Campaign Attribution, Reach & Frequency). Address and counter common customer pushbacks using authoritative data points.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Pitching: Empower sales teams by identifying key growth opportunities and aligning Quantcast’s AI solutions with client business objectives. Develop thought leadership strategy for focus verticals.
Scalable Analytics & Tooling: Design scalable insights solutions including dashboards, automated reports, and AI insight agents. Query large-scale datasets using SQL, Snowflake, or BigQuery, and present visualization outputs via Tableau, Sigma, Looker, Python, or R.
Stakeholder Partnership: Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and solutions teams to deliver C-level presentations and build Quantcast’s regional Point-of-View.
Who you are:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media agencies, or DSPs.
Customer Collateral Creation: 8+ years of experience crafting customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, one-sheets, or C-level presentations) for sales enablement.
Insights & Measurement Expertise: 8+ years of experience in consumer/market insights, media measurement
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SQL and data querying (Snowflake, BigQuery), as well as data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Python, or R).
Domain Fluency: Full fluency in digital performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Incremental Lift, Attribution, Reach & Frequency) and familiar with key digital advertising verticals.
Core Competencies: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, strong critical thinking, ability to navigate ambiguity, and a track record of driving standardized, scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.
Language Skills: Ability to communicate fluently in English and engage effectively with stakeholders is desirable.
