About Quantzig :

Experience : Minimum 8+ Years in Analytics, Data Engineering and AI/ML related services delivery leadership role.

Key Responsibilities :

Service Delivery & Project Management :

- Own end-to-end delivery of analytics, data engineering, AI/ML and Enterprise Data Transformation projects, ensuring delivery excellence and 100% client satisfaction.

- Translate business requirements into scalable data/analytics solutions.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultative guidance and ensuring expectations are met.

- Drive business growth by building trusted relationships with client stakeholders through regular updates, workshops, and solution demonstrations.

Team Leadership & Collaboration :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists.

- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

Continuous Improvement :

- Identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes, frameworks, and methodologies.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Education : MBAs/Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering.

- Experience : 8+ years of experience in analytics, BI data engineering services delivery, preferably in a client services driven environment. Should have managed team size ranging from 40 - 100 employees.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, or Scala.

- Hands-on experience with data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of ETL, data pipelines, APIs, and data modeling.

- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.) and advanced analytics/ML frameworks.

Soft Skills :

- Strong client-facing and communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Must Haves :

- Drive and energy to work hard and achieve success in an entrepreneurial environment.

- Be a consultant to our clients. Think out-of-the-box solutions to help clients in solving their business problems.

- Passion towards learning is a must. You must be able to merge the art of consulting to analytics services delivery.

- Should have hands-on experience in delivering projects across multiple industries and analytics.
