Responsibilities: Manage the daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements of the Managing Director/Senior Executive. Act as a point of contact between management, internal departments, clients, and external partners. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations. Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and ensure follow-ups on key action points. Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Support planning and execution of business reviews, wellness events, and management initiatives. Track and monitor key projects, deadlines, and deliverables for the executive office. Assist in research, documentation, and analysis for strategic decision-making. Liaise with Ayurvedic doctors, wellness centers, and franchise teams for operational coordination. Manage expenses, reimbursements, and vendor-related documentation for the executive office.
Requirements Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and problem-solving attitude. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information. Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business Administration, Management, or related field). 3-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or hospitality industry.
