Remote Operations & Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an analytical and strategically driven Remote Operations & Process Optimization Specialist to join our Operations team. This is a permanent, fully remote position with the option to work full-time or part-time.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational framework of our consulting and software delivery processes. Your mission is to be the guardian of our "System Integrity," ensuring that every internal workflow, client onboarding process, and administrative protocol meets our uncompromising standards for efficiency, transparency, and accountability. This position requires business acumen, technical proficiency, and the ability to thrive in an independent, remote environment while directly impacting our clients' employee engagement platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Optimization: Remotely map, audit, and optimize operational workflows for software delivery, client onboarding, and internal administration.

• SOP Management: Develop, document, and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within Microsoft SharePoint and process mapping libraries, ensuring they are easily adopted by our remote development and design teams.

• Automation Solutions: Conceptualize and create automated solutions that translate our core values into modern, frictionless operations, enhancing our ability to deliver custom platforms rapidly.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Virtually manage process calendars and cross-departmental workflows using Asana, Trello, and our internal collaboration suite. Ensure timely delivery of operational milestones for Development, Client Success, and Finance teams.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Remotely monitor project throughput, administrative workflow efficiencies, and team capacity using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support data-driven operational decisions.

• Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements in process engineering techniques, automation tools (Microsoft Power Automate), and industry trends to enhance operational throughput.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with internal operational standards through remote auditing and process verification. Provide regular reports to senior management on process performance and optimization project status.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience as a Process Optimization Specialist, Operations Analyst, or Operations Manager in a tech, SaaS, or consulting environment.

• Strong knowledge of process mapping principles, bottleneck identification, and workflow architecture (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

• Mastery of Process Mapping software (Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart) and automation tools (Microsoft Power Automate) is required.

• Proficiency with project management and tracking tools such as Asana, Trello, and Microsoft Teams.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-friendly environment.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to business workflows.

• Salary Range: $70,000 to $90,000 annually (pro-rated for part-time), based on experience, expertise, and location. Bi-weekly payments are made via direct deposit.
