We are seeking an experienced IT operations professional to coordinate Data Centre, IT Service Management and Identity Management activities.
Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day Data Centre operations and maintenance activities
• Administer service contracts, renewals and vendor engagements
• Support procurement, invoices, budgets and cost tracking
• Maintain procedures, governance documents and operational records
• Prepare management, inventory, audit and compliance reports
• Support Identity Management reviews, testing and UAT activities
What we're looking for:
• 5–7 years in Data Centre, Infrastructure, IDM or IT Operations
• Experience with vendor, contract or procurement administration
• Understanding of ITIL and operational-support processes
• Basic Identity and Access Management knowledge
• Strong documentation, reporting and stakeholder-management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Work Arrangement: Remote from Malaysia
Employment Term: Renewable Contract
