Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Operations Engineer with a strong background in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Nexthink, which is essential for monitoring and improving end user experience. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively within a team to ensure the stability and efficiency of our infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Utilize Nexthink to monitor user experience and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement infrastructure changes and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure processes and procedures.
• Perform regular system audits and assessments to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide support for incident management and problem resolution.
• Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure operations.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Nexthink for user experience monitoring and analytics.
• Proficient in managing IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and storage.
• Experience with cloud technologies and virtualization.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance management.
• Knowledge of security best practices in infrastructure management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in infrastructure operations or a related role.
