Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe in a way that ensures customer data are secure is in the core of what we do. For any issues related to Windows Servers and their infrastructure subsystems within the DHL Group environment, you are our superhero. The same applies when it comes to managing, proposing and implementing of all necessary changes for new server installations in all IT Services Data Centers and premises, including private and public clouds, providing global availability to key DHL Group services.

Last but not least, technologies associated with Active Directory, Group Policy modeling and management, Security Tier model and Powershell are all in your support league.

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer having Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and server management is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (installation, administration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management) will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good Experience with remote server management and enterprise-scale administration. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Great TeamHi, my name is Michal Janda and I'm a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2006, when I took a role as Infrastructure Admin in the Operations Support team. Gaining more hands-on experience with Windows Server build has always fascinated me, so I moved to the PdS Infrastructure Implementation Services team. The name, role and responsibility of this team evolved over time. In 2023, I moved to a management role, being manager of Windows Product Development team. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – Windows Server. Looking forward to having you onboard!
