*Please note: This is a night shift Supervisor role onsite at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville Emergency Department. The shift is Monday through Friday, 6:00 p.m.-2:30a.m. with rotating weekends and holidays.
Essential Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of daily registrations, including insurance eligibility and benefits verification.
- Provide high-quality service to patients and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative areas to ensure sound working relationships and cooperative arrangements.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to associates.
- Train staff on policies, procedures, systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and other standards.
- Assists manager with staff evaluations by providing feedback on individuals the supervisor has monitored/supervised.
- Ensure proper utilization of software and technology tools. Education Level Bachelor's - Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree Experience Level Minimum of 3 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a management role Licenses and Certifications Not Specified Skills Not Specified Physical Demands
