L2 Support Engineer

Your future responsibilities:

• L2 application support (Tier 2 Application Support)
• Knowledge base and support documentation management
• Collaboration with product teams (analysts, architects, developers, QA engineers, etc.)
• Software maintenance and support
• Managing changes, alerts, incidents, and troubleshooting
• On-call support for incident response

Your skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experience in L2 (Tier 2) support
• Software maintenance and support experience
• Basic knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL
• Hands-on experience with Git (GitHub), Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack
• Knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3)
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with banking/financial industry systems and processes
• Investigation and problem-solving skills, log analysis, and proactive issue prevention
• Attention to detail and result-oriented mindset; critical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving
