Key Responsibilities:

• Fleet Telematics Supervision: Monitor and supervise the central telematics/GPS system, ensuring accurate signal tracking,
• real-time vehicle monitoring, and telemetry data reliability across the corporate fleet.
• Master Registry Maintenance: Keep the central vehicle registry continuously updated and accurate within the corporate ERP system (SAP), managing vehicle status, assignments, and operational lifecycles.
• Fleet Operations & Logistics Analysis: Track, analyze, and optimize fleet-related costs and usage, including fuel consumption, toll expenses, maintenance schedules, and administrative requirements.
• Data Visualization & Analytics: Utilize Advanced Excel, Power BI, and/or Python to process complex operational datasets, build automated dashboards, and identify trends or inefficiencies in vehicle usage.
• Reporting & Management Support: Generate routine and ad-hoc analytical reports for management to support cost-control strategies, policy compliance, and operational decision-making.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

To excel as a Business Analyst, you should possess:

• A University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Fluency in English and the ability to present data findings clearly to various team members.
• Expert-level command of MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization).
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (SharePoint, Access, Word) is required.
• Previous experience or familiarity with SAP/ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a similar role is required.
