Missions

• Transforming data into actionable insights to strengthen the company’s AML, Sanctions, and Consumer compliance programs.
• Leading the development and enhancement of compliance analytics capabilities, dashboards, and automated reporting to improve risk assessments, monitoring, and decision-making.
• Working closely with Compliance stakeholders to analyze key risks and data requirements across AML, sanctions, and consumer compliance programs.

Profil recherché

- Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory requirements into measurable data insights

- 6+ years of experience in compliance analytics, risk analytics, or a similar data-driven compliance function (e.g., AML, consumer compliance, operational risk)

- Passion for uncovering hidden patterns, identify trends and emerging risks and opportunities using data

- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, regulatory expectations, and risk management principles

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences

- Experience with data transformation and orchestration tools (e.g., dbt) and version control/CI/CD practices (e.g., GitLab)

- Proven experience building dashboards and automation tools (e.g.,Python, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms). Experience working with Snowflake tables

- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
