Missions

Profil recherché
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable diving into product, business, and operational metrics- Ability to work closely with engineering to own and dive deep into backlogs, definition of done, and technical details
- Superior communication skills, written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in a technical, finance, or quantitative field
- Experience owning end-to-end product delivery, from discovery through launch and iteration
- 5+ years of product management experience
- High bias for action and ownership; comfortable operating in ambiguous, cross-functional environments
- Passion for your users. You do right by them, always
- Experience with hypothesis-based product experimentation and A/B testing at scale
- Experience in the fintech space or with regulated consumer products
- Experience speaking directly with users, gathering insights, and translating those insights into meaningful product enhancements
- Experience working with remote and distributed teams
