Modern Windows Stack: Gain hands-on exposure to Windows 11 upgrades, enterprise patch remediation, and endpoint management tools.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and remediate non-compliance issues across Windows workstations related to OS patching, Office updates, driver configurations, and security settings.
Perform root-cause analysis on non-compliant endpoint devices, document diagnostic findings, and implement permanent corrective actions.
Design, build, test, and deploy custom PowerShell automation scripts to resolve recurring compliance issues and automate routine maintenance tasks proactively.
Partner with endpoint management teams to deploy Windows OS updates, application patches, and driver upgrades while minimizing end-user disruption.
Assist with Windows 11 enterprise migration strategies, device image configurations, and modern workstation deployment standards.
