Responsibilities
As a key member of the operations team, you will not just fill out forms - you will manage the administrative lifecycle of investments and work in close synergy with front-office teams:
Fund & Transaction Operations: Oversee transaction tracking, coordinate invoicing (re-charging, verification), and manage comprehensive corporate registries using SAP and Microsoft-based systems.
Corporate Governance & Board Support: Organize board and investment committee meetings, compile professional documentation, draft minutes, and track subsequent resolutions.
Compliance & Audit Support: Assist in preparing regular and ad-hoc investor reports, ensuring data availability for regulatory (MNB / Central Bank) disclosures, and compiling documentation for external/internal audits.
Project & Liquidity Coordination: Support the administrative setup of new entities, provide financial data to the office management team, and ensure appropriate liquidity and timely payments within dedicated funds.
Requirements
University or College degree (a degree in Economics/Finance is a distinct advantage).
2-3 years of professional experience in a similar back-office, administrative, or project coordination role. Background within banking, insurance, accounting, or asset management sectors is highly preferred.
Strong system-oriented, logical mindset with an ability to see the "big picture" and anticipate subsequent steps in a process.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (experience with SAP is a plus).
Professional, fluent command of English is essential (approx. 50% of daily communication is in English due to international colleagues and partners).
High level of precision, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and a collaborative team player attitude.
