As an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer, you’ll own the full lifecycle of hosting infrastructure from deployment to optimisation. You will be playing a key role in keeping services secure, resilient, and always available. You’ll work within ITIL best-practice frameworks, collaborate with skilled technical teams, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do:
Support Windows Server and virtualised environments (VMware / Hyper-V)
Manage Active Directory & Azure AD (DNS, DHCP, GPO)
Support Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams & SharePoint
Maintain infrastructure, storage (SAN/NAS), and PKI/CA services
Resolve incidents & service requests via the Service Desk (ITIL-based)
Perform proactive maintenance, system tuning & documentation
Collaborate with technical teams & third-party suppliers
Take part in an on-call rotation
What's needed for success - Experience and Qualifications:
Strong experience with Windows ServerVirtualisation experience (VMware or Hyper-V)
Solid knowledge of AD, Exchange, and O365Experience with PKI / Certificate Authority
Understanding of SAN & NAS storage
Structured, process-driven approach (ITIL)
