Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across a range of emerging technology sectors
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates internationally
• Managing candidates through the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer and placement
• Developing a strong understanding of your market(s) through research and continuous learning
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to share knowledge and best practice
• Representing the business professionally in all client and candidate interactions
• Contributing to a positive, team-driven office culture

Skills and Experience

• 1- 2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or similarly people-focused role
• A positive, confident, and professional manner
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine interest in business, technology, and commercial environments
• Effort-driven with a "glass half full" attitude
• Humble, coachable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working from the office as part of a close-knit team
