A fast-growing, specialist technology staffing firm based in the US is looking for a driven 360 Recruiter to join its team with flexibility to work remotely from Toronto or in-office from Calgary.

This is a 360 role with a heavier sales focus, targeting both contract and permanent ServiceNow business across the USA. What You Will Do

• Run a full 360 desk with a focus on ServiceNow contract and permanent placements across the US market
• Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts once won
• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and build effective recruitment strategies
• Source and attract qualified ServiceNow professionals through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments including resume reviews, phone screens, and structured interviews
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, providing guidance and support throughout the process
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and facilitating offer negotiations
• Stay current on ServiceNow market trends, hiring conditions, and recruitment best practices
• Contribute to the broader growth and direction of a scaling specialist staffing business

What We Are Looking For

• 1-5 years of proven experience within the staffing industry
• An entrepreneurial spirit - you want to be part of building something from the ground up
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive, outgoing personality
• Proficiency in ATS tools, ideally Bullhorn
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Professional and discreet, with a genuine commitment to confidentiality in all client and candidate interactions
