岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 负责在多种 SoC 上(海思、联咏、瑞芯微等)部署各类 AI 模型(检测、超分、跟踪、分割等)。

2. 配合算法工程师优化模型在 SoC 上的表现。

3. 配合产品线解决 AI 模型在产品上的各类部署问题，达成产品要求的性能指标。

4. 负责 AI 模型部署平台的开发和演进。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 本科以上学历，精通 C/C++，具备良好的代码编写能力和调试能力。

2. 熟悉任意一款 SoC，具备 SoC 上编程能力，熟悉计算机原理。

3. 掌握 SoC 上性能优化方法，能够降低模型推理过程中延时与带宽占用。

4. 熟悉常见 AI 模型，例如 yolo 检测，了解其前后处理流程。

5. 了解深度学习框架 Pytorch/Onnx，熟悉 python。

6. 熟悉任意一款 SoC 上量化工具链，具备量化模型的能力。

加分项：

1. C++ 基础非常扎实，具有架构思维能力。

2. 具有多年 SoC 上代码开发经验，具有 DSP 算子开发经验。

3. 熟悉深度学习框架，具备模型训练、量化经验。
