岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责视觉算法（含目标检测与跟踪、气体检测与分割、多维感知算法等）的测试验证

2、负责算法测试数据集构建、管理、版本控制，确保数据的多样性、准确性以及覆盖率

3、对算法模型进行多维度的质量评估，深入分析“Bad Case”，并协同算法工程师定位问题，积极推动模型优化

4、参与需求分析、系统设计、代码评审等环节，从业务场景和技术实现提出改进建议，推动质量问题前移

5、探索前沿的算法测试技术（仿真测试，自动化测试等），完善算法质量保障体系

任职要求 / Requirements

1、计算机相关专业，3年以上算法测试（测试开发）经验，具备算法相关大型项目的测试方案设计能力，能够独立负责复杂项目的全流程测试工作

2、了解常用算法的效果评测指标，能够从用户视角构建端到端效果测试方案

3、有较好的业务理解能力，具备AI大模型解决方案测试经验、团队管理经验优先

4、掌握至少一种编程语言（如Python、Java、C/C++），具备测试工具开发的能力

5、具备多团队协作、推动能力，具备良好的逻辑思维能力和数据敏感度，能够推动端到端问题闭环
