Job Responsibilities :

• Own and lead the global user acquisition strategy across multiple game titles and markets.
• Define UA budget allocation, channel mix, and scaling strategy based on CPI, LTV, ROAS, and growth targets.
• Develop UA plans across different stages of the game lifecycle (soft launch, launch, and live operations).
• Identify scaling opportunities and adjust strategies in real time to maximize growth efficiency.
• Drive creative iteration and A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and campaign scalability.
• Analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports to track campaign efficiency and ROI.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, marketing, and creative teams to align UA strategies with game goals.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, advertising partners, and marketing platforms.
• Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall publishing and growth objectives.
