Job Responsibilities :

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities

• Own the vision, requirements, anddelivery ona suiteof softwaretoolsoffered togame developers.

• Leada cross-functionalsoftwareteam with your decisions having a direct impact on the business.

• Create and manage product roadmapsforgame developer toolsincollaboration withbusiness analysts, software engineers,UXdesigners,sales, andmarketing.

• Drivestrategy andexecution from concept toin-market, accountable for meeting milestone commitments and business targets.

• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical insights into business value.

• Oversee go-to-market strategy, working closely with marketing and sales to ensure successful product launchesinto our game developer ecosystem.

• Analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.Maintain the product backlog, ensure work is defined and prioritized, approvecompleted work.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.

• Define and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business value.

• Work closely across teams todrivegoals, priority changes, managedependenciesand coordinate deliverables through all phases of the product life cycle.

Pre-Requisites :

Qualifications

• 8+ years ofsoftwareproduct management experience or equivalent roleworking with game developer software.

• Strong understanding ofPCgame developer tools,ecosystem,andmarket.

• Experience working onGameplay QA,Unityand Unreal Engine.

• Launchedat least2well-knownpublicIPorpublic-facinginitiatives on known software products/ platforms.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, user-centered product features.

• Take ownership mentality with a drive to "get things done" and be invested in the outcome.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.

• Demonstratedability to make sound decisionsbased on both data analysis andbusinesspriorities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external,both technical and non-technical.

• Gamer and game industry experience preferred.

Education & Experience

4-year degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.

Travel Requirements

Role based inSingapore officeand may require up to 1 travel trip per year.
