SAP ECC MM Functional Analyst - AFS & Retail Domain
Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced SAP ECC MM Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Materials Management, procurement, inventory management, and warehouse-related processes.
The candidate will be responsible for SAP MM configuration, production support, process enhancements, and cross-functional integration.
Hands-on experience in SAP Apparel and Footwear (AFS) is mandatory.
Retail domain experience is also required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support purchasing, procurement, inventory management, and goods movement processes in SAP ECC MM.
- Configure, customise, and maintain SAP ECC MM functionalities based on business requirements.
- Manage procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification.
- Support inventory management, stock transfers, physical inventory, and warehouse-related activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement process enhancements.
- Coordinate with SAP SD, FI, and WM teams to ensure seamless cross-module integration.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and process documentation.
- Support functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployments.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective SAP MM solutions.
Required Candidate Profile :
- 10 - 12 years of experience in SAP ECC MM functional consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC MM configuration and implementation/support activities.
- Mandatory expertise in SAP Apparel and Footwear (AFS).
- Retail domain experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, and goods movement processes.
- Experience in production support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
- Good understanding of integration with SAP SD, FI, and WM modules.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting testing and deployments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
