Job Summary:

The Reltio TechOps team is committed to delivering best in class DevSecOps capabilities and developer experience. Position Overview

Lead DevOps Engineer in infrastructure Security management and services for Reltio cloud services - MDM, RDM, and other services or components that create the foundation of the core Reltio Product line. Platform Engineering is the first line of investigation and troubleshooting of the service reliability issues pertaining to DevOps including participating in a monthly on-call rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions using Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes.
• Define and drive strategic maturity goals for DevOps and developer experience, aligning with business objectives.
• Lead automation efforts to enhance deployment, scalability, cost optimization, and system reliability.
• Design and enforce zero-downtime maintenance strategies for multi-cloud environments.
• Act as a technical SME for infrastructure security, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Optimize monitoring and logging using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, Security, and Operations teams to streamline DevOps workflows and improve system performance.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to advance DevOps capabilities.
• Contribute to best practices and technical strategies, ensuring knowledge sharing and system integrity.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the TechOps team and across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering, with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and automation.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Helm.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong coding and scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure security best practices and zero-trust architecture.
• Full-Stack Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across the entire stack, from the network layer through Kubernetes to the OS level.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Process Improvement: Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement DevOps best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of FinOps strategies for cloud cost management.
• Familiarity with AI-driven operations and observability tools.
