The roleYoull turn product and user-behaviour data into clear insights that help the product and growth teams make better decisions. Youll build dashboards run ad hoc analyses support A/B test readouts and help the team understand whats driving retention and engagement.
What youll do- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker
- Write SQL queries to answer product and growth questions
- Support A/B test design and statistical readouts
- Work with product managers to define and track KPIs
- Document analyses and share findings clearly across the team
- Strong SQL youre comfortable writing complex queries from scratch
- Experience building dashboards in Looker Tableau or similar
- Comfort with basic statistical concepts (significance distributions)
- You communicate data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Good async written communication
- Python or R for analysis beyond SQL
- Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude Mixpanel)
- $700$1100 USD/month paid monthly
