DevOps/AI Platform Engineer GCP

Reqroute, Inc. is hiring a DevOps/AI Platform Engineer to build and operate a secure, automated Google Cloud platform. The role supports moving Gemini and Vertex AI solutions from experimentation into production through infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, observability, security, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Build CI/CD and infrastructure automation on GCP for AI applications, APIs, models/configurations, and cloud services
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
• Establish deployment pipelines and environment management across development, test, staging, and production
• Support deployment and operationalization of applications consuming Vertex AI and Gemini services
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, AI/application observability, and operational dashboards using GCP-native capabilities where appropriate
• Implement secure identity, secrets/configuration management, IAM, networking, and access patterns in collaboration with security teams
• Enable automated testing, release management, rollback, and production support
• Continuously optimize platform reliability, scalability, engineering productivity, and GCP consumption

Skills

• Strong GCP, CI/CD, Terraform, containers/Kubernetes and observability experience
• Practical MLOps/LLMOps and Vertex AI deployment experience
