Job Summary
Operating from withinResmed'sCommercial Growth team, the Primary Care Leadis responsible foradvancing our presence in thePrimaryCare space through structured engagement, evidence-led program design, and a clear focus on driving sleep health outcomes at the GP level.
This role holds critical responsibilities across discovery, market analysis, and in-market execution. We need a leader with a broad set of capabilities - someone who canidentifyopportunities, align internal and external stakeholders, and deliver with discipline in a complex and evolving healthcare landscape.
As a self-starter with deep knowledge of the primary care domain, you will drive both strategy and execution for one of ResMed's most important growth priorities.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities
Leadthe design,implementationand continuous improvement of a national multi-channel Primary Care engagement program.
Translate market research and intelligence intofunctional insights.
Identifygaps,validateassumptionsand make confident recommendations.
Managingend to enddelivery to ensure projects areachieved on time, within scope and budget.
Engagecross functional teams on aprogramthat deliversmeasurable outcomes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on education programsand toolkitsthat are clinically credible.
Work across sales, marketing, clinical and commercial teams to align the programtobusiness priorities.
Manage stakeholders with differentobjectiveswhilemaintainingmomentum.
Represent the programto senior stakeholders as the program matures.
Set clear briefs, managescopeand budget,and hold to committed timelines.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
Required:
5+ years inaprimary care related role, whether in acommercial, clinical,consultingor strategic capacity.
Agenuinestrategicunderstanding of the Primary Care industry
Proventrack recordleading complex projects or programsfrom design through delivery
Strong stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
Experience managing third party research or consulting partners.
Exposure totheMedical Device industry
The ability to align commercial thinking with clinical credibility
Comfortable with ambiguity
Project Management Discipline.
