Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung & Maintenance der airQuest Automationen für die Gruppe
  • NDC Implementierung direkt und über Aggregator für die Gruppe
  • Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung & Maintenance der b-2-b Fluglösungen für die Gruppe
  • Internes Consulting zum Thema Automationen und Prozesse für die Gruppe
  • Bereitstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und Handbüchern für bereitgestellte Automationen
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und On-site Trainings Harmonisierung bestehender Veranstalter in die aktuelle Flugprozesslandschaft
  • Integration neuer Vertriebskanäle & Veranstalter in die bestehende Flugprozesslandschaft
  • Techn. Support (2nd Level) aller bereitgestellten Flugautomationen für die Gruppe
  • Kompetente & serviceorientierte Abwicklung der Specialkunden für den Consolidator

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, der IT oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit entsprechenden Zusatzqualifikationen in den Geschäftsfeldern Touristik oder IT
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Tätigkeit, bzw. im Umfeld touristischer Flug/IT-Dienstleister
  • Sehr guter Umgang mit den gängigen Reservierungs- und Automationssystem (Amadeus, Sabre & insbesondere Airquest) sowie mit MS Office
  • Ausgeprägte IT Affinität
  • Touristische Kenntnisse des deutschen und europäischen Reiseveranstaltermarktes
  • Souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Geschäftspartnern und Mitarbeitern
  • Konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Kontaktfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte, selbständige und stark prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
