  • To support and grow the primary mortgage market by managing the EF penetration with sales channels/developers/business partners.
  • To penetrate into the targeted developers by actively engaging them for sales activities/ events.
  • To look into the current portfolio of developers and enhance referrals from the existing base of developers.
  • To work closely with all sales channel on all sales related activities/campaigns for developers.
  • To carve out strategies/plans for all respective regions in order to achieve targeted EF penetration rate for approved EF projects.
  • To tie-up with new-to-bank developers in order to enhance the existing developer base.
  • To look into current portfolio of developers and to reconnect inactive ones for primary mortgage referrals.
  • To organize joint events/sales activities with developers
  • To work closely with Homeowners on campaigns/mega events for developers
