At Roblox, the Roblox Operating System (ROS) team builds the intelligent, integrated platforms that power the productivity and collaboration of every Builder across the company. As a Product Designer, you will shape and scale the next generation of our internal tool ecosystem. You won't just be designing dashboards; you will be pioneering intuitive, self-service tools and AI-assisted workflows that enable our teams to seamlessly manage massive data analytics, knowledge discovery, and open platform integrations.

You’ll partner deeply with product managers and engineers to understand highly technical needs, translating dense data primitives and complex workflows into elegant, unified experiences from discovery through launch. Your work will empower our internal teams to move with speed and confidence, reducing their cognitive load through intelligent, agentic workflows within our Open Platform and AI enablement initiatives. Crucially, you will bring an uncompromising level of design craft to the enterprise layer - proving that the world's most powerful internal platforms can also be beautifully executed and intuitive.

You have a systematic approach to design, a proven ability to simplify the complex, and a passion for defining new AI-driven interaction patterns across our interconnected suite of tools. You thrive in the space where deep technical empathy meets high-fidelity execution.

You will:

• Transform the Builder experience: Lead end-to-end UX for core productivity and collaboration surfaces, removing friction from day-to-day workflows.
• Unify the ecosystem: Transform how discrete internal tools come together into one cohesive platform - connecting work tracking, growth and performance, and knowledge discovery into everyday workflows.
• Pioneer agentic UX: Define new interaction patterns for LLM-powered, agentic workflows - designing the handoff between Builder intent and AI execution, and the trust, control, and proactive insight that make it work.
• Bridge design and engineering: Partner with product leaders, engineering, and data scientists, navigating complex technical and data constraints while consistently upleveling experience quality and design integrity.
• Set the craft bar: Own high-visibility dashboards and leadership-facing experiences, turning dense operational signals into clear, actionable insight.

You have:

• 4+ years of product design experience solving complex, systems-level problems in highly technical enterprise environments.
• Domain expertise in data analytics, enterprise ecosystems, internal productivity platforms, or developer tooling - comfort translating organizational workflows and data primitives into unified, self-service experiences.
• AI/LLM design experience: defining interfaces for agentic workflows, Work Intelligence platforms, or intelligent automation, with a grasp of user trust, proactive insight, and control.
• Expert command of modern design stacks: high fluency in complex Figma environments  and AI-augmented workflows used as a force multiplier for iteration and craft.
• An obsessive dedication to craft: every pixel matters, and you refine until the experience feels inevitable and effortless.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across large-scale, ambiguous initiatives spanning multiple teams from concept through launch.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.

Annual Salary Range

$176,940—$214,710 USD

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
