What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a creative, highly skilled Video Editor who blends classic editing craft with modern, AI-powered production. You'll bring strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, along with hands-on experience in today's AI video stack tools like HeyGen, Runway, Sora, Veo, and ElevenLabs. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics, capable of turning raw footage, scripts, or a single idea into impactful videos that simplify complex concepts and engage learners. In 2026, that also means knowing when AI can get you there faster and when human craft should lead.
You'll collaborate with our design and content teams in the US to produce the short-form Guides (our microlearning videos) that dealership teams across America learn from every day.
● Edit and assemble raw video content into polished, engaging final outputs optimised for mobile, digital, and
e-learning platforms.
● Create animation-based educational videos and visual sequences using Adobe After Effects.
● Produce AI-assisted videos end-to-end, avatar-led explainers in HeyGen, AI voiceovers and dubbing with
ElevenLabs, and generative b-roll or concept visuals using tools like Runway, Sora, or Veo.
● Design and implement motion elements, transitions, text animations, and infographics to enhance storytelling.
● Collaborate with designers, content creators, and instructional teams to translate scripts and ideas into visual
stories.
● Add sound design, voiceovers, and background music for emotional and narrative impact.
● Ensure consistency in video style, tone, and quality across all projects.
● Manage project files, maintain organised workflows, and meet production deadlines.
● Stay on top of the fast-moving AI video landscape, new models, features, and releases and proactively
recommend tools and techniques that level up our production pipeline.
What skills do you need?
● A degree in Film Editing, Animation, Multimedia Production, or equivalent hands-on experience
● Strong Premiere Pro and After Effects skills, including real animation and compositing chops
● Real, hands-on time with AI video tools — avatar platforms like HeyGen, voice tools like ElevenLabs, and
generative models like Sora, Veo, or Runway
● A genuine read on the AI model landscape — what it's good at, where it still falls short, and the judgment to
know when to lean on it versus when to do it by hand
● An eye for pacing, composition, and visual storytelling
● Working knowledge of colour correction, sound design, and typography in video
● Sharp creative instincts and an obsession with the details
● The ability to juggle multiple projects and ship on tight timelines without losing quality
● A portfolio that shows it — short-form, educational, or explainer work preferred, and if you've built something with AI tools, show us exactly how you used them
