IT System Engineer Microsoft/Linux (m/w/d)

Verantwortung:

  • Kompetente Beratung und technischer Support für Kunden vor Ort sowie per Fernwartung

  • Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen sowie verständliche Erklärung technischer Zusammenhänge

  • Betreuung und Administration unterschiedlicher IT-Systeme und Infrastrukturen in heterogenen Umgebungen

  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Optimierung von IT-Sicherheitslösungen sowie bei der Wartung bestehender Systeme

  • Aktiver Wissensaustausch im Team und kontinuierliche fachliche Weiterentwicklung

Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation

  • Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien, NAS-Systemen, macOS, iOS, Windows, Linux, Google Workspace und Microsoft 365

  • Erfahrung mit IT-Sicherheitslösungen wie Firewalls und VPN; Kenntnisse in VoIP sind von Vorteil

  • Grundkenntnisse in Virtualisierung und Scripting sowie Interesse an der Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
