Technology Partner
You will repot to: VP, Production Logistics & Technology Integrator

Located in Mexico: Mexico City and Monterrey
We are looking for a strategic Technology Partner Manager with deep experience in the Industrial Automation ecosystem and a track record managing technology partnerships that increase business growth.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of OEMs, Distributors, System Integrators (SIs), Technology Partners, and Cloud Providers. This knowledge will be accompanied by a strong understanding of how partner ecosystems contribute to revenue generation, solution development, and market expansion.
You are able to manage the complete partner lifecycle, including partner strategy, technology programs, joint business planning, partner enablement, performance management, and executive relationship development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced level of English
- Bachelor's degree required (Mandatory)
- 7+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Technology Partnerships, Business Development, Partner Programs, or Ecosystem Management.
- Knowledge of the Industrial Automation market, including:OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers)Industrial DistributorsSystem Integrators (SIs)Technology Alliance PartnersCloud Service Providers (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
- Experience developing Technology Partner Programs and ecosystem growth strategies.
- Experience with Rockwell Automation's portfolio, including:FactoryTalk Software SuiteIndustrial DataOps and Digital Transformation solutionsControl Systems and ArchitecturesInformation SoftwareIndustrial NetworkingSmart Manufacturing and Connected Enterprise projects
- Identify how partner technologies complement Rockwell Automation solutions and create customer value.
- Experience with expertise building partner-generated pipeline and revenue.
- Experience creating joint solution offerings, reference architectures, and co-sell motions between organizations.
Partner Performance & KPI Management
You should be highly familiar with measuring and managing Technology Partner success through measurements such as:
- Partner-generated revenue
- Pipeline creation and influence
- Joint opportunities created
- Co-sell win rates
- Partner engagement levels
- Certification and enablement metrics
- Partner capability maturity
- Strategic Account penetration
- Solution adoption and deployment metrics
- Executive engagement cadence
- Strategic Business Review (SBR) outcomes
Technical & Industry Knowledge
You should understand:
- Industrial Control Systems and Automation Architecture
- Manufacturing Operations
- MES, SCADA, HMI, PLC, and Industrial Software solutions
- Digital Transformation initiatives in manufacturing environments
- Cloud-based industrial solutions and Industrial IoT ecosystems
- Industrial cybersecurity considerations
- Technology integration between Rockwell Automation solutions and partner offerings
Responsabilities :
o Develop and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators, and ecosystem partners.
o Identify new business opportunities through partner relationships and technology alliances.
o Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create joint go-to-market strategies.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
o Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
o Drive partner enablement, training, and certification programs.
o Coordinate joint marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and customer engagements.
o Monitor partner performance using KPIs and develop improvement plans when necessary.
o Support revenue growth by generating leads, pipeline opportunities, and co-selling initiatives.
o Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify partnership opportunities.
o Work with technical teams to ensure successful integration of partner technologies.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for technology partners and escalate issues when needed.
o Track partnership outcomes and provide regular reports to leadership.
