Rogers Capital Technology Services Ltd is looking for a System Administrator to work in its Datacentre Department. This role involves managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.

Skill(s) Required

Minimum 4 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure operations.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and VMware/Hyper-V.
Working knowledge of Linux, networking and enterprise storage.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud infrastructure.
Knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication or equivalent solutions.
Familiarity with cybersecurity tools such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Tenable and Darktrace.
Understanding of vulnerability management, security incident investigation and firewall policies.
Relevant Microsoft, AWS and cybersecurity certifications would be an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Windows, Linux, virtualization and cloud environments.
Deploy, configure and troubleshoot infrastructure on RCTS Private Cloud Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Manage backup, replication, disaster recovery and infrastructure monitoring.
Perform server patching, upgrades and performance optimization.
Monitor and investigate security alerts and coordinate incident remediation.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement security hardening measures.
Support infrastructure security, access controls and ISO 27001 compliance.
Participate in infrastructure projects, incident resolution and the Datacentre on-call rotation.
